Kandiss Ecton - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join a busy agency in Roseville, MI. The role focuses on greeting clients, scheduling, and handling inquiries to support a smooth office workflow.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about insurance products while contributing to a positive team environment and providing excellent customer service.

While she once witnessed the limitations of her team’s ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected.

Our team of nine spans two locations, providing high-quality service and meaningful support. We are also deeply involved in our community-proud sponsors of the Detroit Youth Choir's annual shows and active contributors to local initiatives. Kandiss serves on the Board of Trustees for Gift of Life Michigan and is a Founding Board Member of the Michigan Black Business Alliance.
