Glenda Beach - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist to join our Plano team. You will greet customers, manage inquiries, and help keep client records organized while building trust through friendly, thoughtful conversations.

Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace. No prior insurance sales experience is required; we provide training and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a team of four. I've spent more than 25 years with State Farm, including eight years as an agent before moving into leadership and then returning to agency ownership. I'm fluent in Vietnamese, come from a large family, and have had the opportunity to develop and mentor hundreds of agents throughout my career.
