I have been a State Farm Agent since 1989. I’m a graduate of the University of Florida. I reside in Palm Harbor and am actively involved in the community, supporting local schools, the East Lake Fire Rescue, the YMCA and other organizations. I’m also an animal lover – when you come into the office, you can meet my puppy and office mascot, Brady.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
