State Farm Agent is seeking a friendly Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member in Novi, MI to greet customers, manage calls and appointments, and support a busy office. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, able to handle multiple tasks, and comfortable engaging in sales conversations to identify insurance needs.

Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems are preferred.

About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative and sales trainer. I later started my own company, where I specialized in teaching effective communication skills and DISC personality training.
