Stewart Perry is looking for an outgoing, customer-focused individual to work with a State Farm independent contractor agent in Lexington, Kentucky. This role involves establishing and nurturing customer relationships while providing exceptional service regarding insurance products.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to multi-task. The position offers benefits such as a 401K, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the agency.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
