James Pearson - State Farm Agent in Conroe, TX, is seeking a motivated team member for a busy, high-volume office. The role offers a fast-paced, results-driven environment with opportunities for advancement.

You will build customer relationships, set appointments for our sales team, and uncover insurance needs while delivering excellent service. Compensation includes hourly pay with salary plus commission/bonus, a 90-day training program, licensing costs covered, and benefits.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
