State Farm Agent in the Town of Florida, NY area is seeking a outgoing, customer-focused leader to join as a team member of an independent contractor agency. The role concentrates on developing relationships, educating clients about insurance options, and driving office performance.

You will manage and train sales/service staff, develop quarterly goals, and support revenue plans while building a local community presence.

Position Overview

State Farm agents market primarily State Farm Insurance and Financial Service products.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop marketing systems, lead office team meeting, promote & initiate office quarterly goals, support the Agent's annual revenue and/or production plans.
• Manage, train, develop our sales and service teams toward office efficiencies to achieve results
• Create strategic plans by utilizing various reports to keep the team focused on customer satisfaction along with agency yearly metrics being accomplished

By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency ownership opportunity.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
