Cassie Ballard State Farm is looking for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into lasting relationships. As our Customer Service Receptionist, you will communicate with clients, identify their needs, and market insurance products to maximize value.

You will develop strategies with the agent, help set quotas, and work with the agency team to build long-term customer relations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Property & Casualty license required.
