Job summary

State Farm independent contractor agent is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to establish relationships and assist customers with inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, and billing.

This role offers hourly pay with commission/bonus, profit sharing, paid time off, valuable experience, and growth potential within the agency. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and licensing support to obtain required credentials is available.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
