Job summary

Talentify is seeking a State Farm independent contractor agent team member in Bloomington, MN, to build relationships with customers, explain insurance options, and support policy changes. This role emphasizes customer service, communication, and teamwork within a local agency.

The position requires licensure eligibility (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) and a willingness to obtain licenses. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and independence within the agency environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
