Job summary

State Farm Agent Dan Walker is seeking a Receptionist to join a friendly, growth-minded team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling billing questions, and supporting day-to-day client interactions.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and is comfortable with sales-oriented conversations while maintaining accurate client records with CRM and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming client calls, identifying needs and providing or coordinating appropriate assistance.
• Act as the agency’s primary resource for billing questions, payment concerns, and related client support.
• Complete routine client service requests and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update client information, including FORM data, to support stronger client relationships.
• Assist clients with digital tools and coordinate scheduling for new-client onboarding and Insurance & Financial Review (IFR) appointments.
