Roosevelt Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Receptionist to warmly greet residents and visitors, manage calls, and support front desk operations from 11 PM to 7 AM. The role emphasizes professionalism, organization, and effective communication within a busy healthcare environment.

The position offers daily pay, a 240-bed sub-acute/long-term care setting, and benefits through Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.
