Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healing Center in Towson, MD is hiring a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and support daily office operations. This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare setting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay. The ideal candidate will have prior receptionist experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a high school diploma (associates/bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is required.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.
