As the Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the information referral center for residents, families, potential residents, staff, guests, and visitors. You will also provide support for some computer processing duties as appropriate.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet visitors immediately upon arrival.
  2. Handle all phone calls professionally, route callers, or answer questions courteously.
  3. Offer refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable.
  4. Manage doctor and beauty appointment books.
  5. Act as a concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone and cable issues, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.).
  6. Keep the lobby clean and organized, free of clutter and trash.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Expert knowledge of telephone systems and the ability to teach others.
