Job summary

Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is seeking a part-time receptionist year-round. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling calls, greeting guests, and coordinating reservations and maintenance requests. Evening dinner shifts, weekends, and some day shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information and take messages.
• Greet members and guests, determine visit purpose and direct or escort them as needed.
• Record dining and special event reservations.
• Coordinate general maintenance requests and concerns.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and kept in good order.

Schedule - Evening dinner shifts, weekends, and some day shifts.

• Ensure lamps in Clubhouse are on and all décor seems to be in place
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• Take to-go orders
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
