Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Terre Haute is seeking a part-time Weekend Receptionist to support our clinic operations. You will handle a variety of clerical duties, answer calls, route inquiries, and assist with mail distribution to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Two core requirements are a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. Weekend shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a friendly team and opportunities to grow within the organization.

• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
• Provide general office support and clerical tasks.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
