Signature HealthCARE of OAKVIEW is seeking an Evening Part-time Receptionist (Mon-Fri, 4pm-8pm) at the Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The role involves general office support, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some customer service experience. This position offers a benefits package and a supportive team in a family-based healthcare environment.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.
