Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors and callers, issue badges, and direct guests to proper destinations. The role includes maintaining conference rooms, scheduling meetings, and providing clerical support to Human Resources.
The position involves handling multi-line calls, relaying messages, and keeping front desk logs. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and SAP/KRONOS familiarity are preferred.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a friendly and professional greeting to a high volume of visitors and callers.
Issues visitor badges, directs visitors to their proper destinations and provides exceptional customer service.
Duties also include maintaining conference rooms and meeting schedules, providing training for relief receptionist if needed, and occasionally provides clerical support to the Human Resources Department.
Serves as backup to mailroom services as needed.

The expected pay range for this position is $14.42 - $24.04 per hour.
