Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in our Tribeca boutique. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, and tracking appointments and facilitating with hospitality tasks. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a well-organized reception area, and assisting with various administrative duties.

On the job you’ll be:

• Be the first point of contact with clients by greeting them upon arrival
• Checking in clients for their appointments, offering refreshments and notifying the Jewelry Specialist of their arrival
• Answering the phone and forwarding/responding to client inquiries
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to manage walk-in appointments
• Taking on special projects to build your skills and broaden your horizons as needed

Store Hours - THIS ROLE IS PART-TIME

• Monday-Friday 11-7pm
• Saturdays 11-6pm
• Sundays 12-6pm

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, typically 6-7 hours, with scheduled breaks
• Position requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 15 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks

What you’ll get at GSt:

Hourly Rate of $20-$25 (depending on previous experience)
