Job summary

Frank Darling in Tribeca is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to welcome clients and set a luxury, five-star tone from the moment you greet them. You will manage check-ins, seating, and beverages, assist with appointments, and help maintain a polished showroom.

The role requires detail orientation, empathy, and tech comfort in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Studio hours are 10am–6pm, Friday through Sunday, with on-site duties in our Tribeca studio and a competitive hourly salary

Qualifications

• Experience in a front-desk or customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Buzzing customers into building
• Greeting customers at front desk and checking them in
• Seating customers and notify Sales of location
• Offering beverage of choice
• Calling to confirm upcoming appointments

• Assist in rescheduling or booking customers
• Fielding phone calls
• Manage showroom ambiance and music
• Keep showroom clean and organized

Frank Darling is an online, female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry more accessible than ever before. We’ve been featured in Vogue, InStyle, WSJ, Bloomberg, Forbes, Brides, Glossy, and more for our design, sustainability, and modern take on bridal.

We have an immediate, on-site opening for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist in our Tribeca studio. This role serves as the first impression for our in-person clients, setting the tone for a luxury, five-star client experience from the moment they walk through the door. This person will ensure each appointment is thoughtfully attended to while also welcoming and assisting walk-in clients.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, empathetic, computer savvy, and calm under pressure with the ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Facing:
