Greenwood Village South is seeking a part-time weekend receptionist in Greenwood, IN, offering a starting pay of $15/hour plus experience pay. The role involves greeting residents, visitors, staff and vendors, managing messages, and handling reservations and payments with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• Typing and experience with other business machines very desirable.
• Experience in reception or front-desk roles is a plus.

• Welcomes all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner; informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the Community.
• Opens and closes the reception desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area.
• Communicates to the appropriate parties, promptly and clearly, all messages and material directed to them through the business office.
• Accepts and records, as directed, payments, reservations, appointments, cancellations and the like.

SHIFT: 3:30pm-7pm, Monday-Friday

Your Responsibilities:

• Enjoy presence of elderly people and have a friendly and caring attitude.
• Able to maintain records and flexible schedule with little supervision.
