Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and register patients in a busy clinic environment. You will collect payments and support referrals to community resources, while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming front desk.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, front office experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.
• Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.
