Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations.

The role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, collecting payments, and assisting with forms and referrals to community resources. Multiline phone handling and teamwork with back-office staff are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.
• Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.

We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care.

• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources
• Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps
