Position: Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

Type: Temp/Temp to Hire; $20/hour

Location: Galleria area

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Duties:
  • Screen and direct calls, take messages; handling lighter phones with few inbound calls.
  • Support Property Manager/Bookkeeper with general clerical duties.
  • Respond to customer inquiries politely and promptly.
  • Greet visitors warmly, answer questions, and assist as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure common areas are clean and organized.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including copy machines and computers.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the general office filing system.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support company operations.
  • Provide additional support to sales agents and customer service representatives as needed.
