Responsibilities include completing paperwork accurately, updating patient information, collecting co-pays, scanning documents, maintaining the waiting area, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The role also includes chart prep, referral follow-ups, organizing daily work, collecting balances, and balancing accounts.
Minimum of high school diploma or possession of GED required.
Minimum of one (1) years' experience in a medical health setting preferred.
