We are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate Full time Otolaryngologist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Support efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem‑solving, and patient care activities.
  • Provide direct patient care including exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications.
  • Refer patients to specialists and coordinate appropriate care.
  • Supervise medical staff and participate in teaching, administrative, and committee duties as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and infection control.
  • Maintain accurate, complete medical records and ensure proper coding/documentation.
  • Attend meetings, CME, and professional development activities per policy.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, professional standards, and all applicable regulations.
Education / Certifications / License
  • Maryland Medical Specialty License or Certification
  • Board Certification in specialty area of medical practice
  • Federal DEA LicenseCDS Certification
  • Basic life support HealthCare Provider (BLS Provider)
  • Malpractice Insurance

Salary Range: Minimum 10.00/hour - Maximum 200.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
