Toyota of North Miami is seeking a receptionist to support the Sales team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The role thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and offers opportunities to grow within a privately owned dealership.

As the first point of contact, you will handle switchboard operations, maintain a courteous demeanor, and assist the General Manager with clerical tasks. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks will be crucial to success.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
