Job Summary:
Georgia Mountains Health is seeking a Receptionist for the Blue Ridge, GA office. The Receptionist is primarily responsible for greeting people entering the office, determining the nature and purpose of visit, assisting patients with check in process, patient scheduling, verification of insurance, fee information, co-pay/deductible collections, accurate data entry, answer phones and check emails, perform other administrative support tasks and maintain a clean patient waiting area.The candidate should be comfortable with computers in general and preferably familiar with EMR system-Athena. Good communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
