Job summary

Stribling Equipment, LLC, one of the South's largest John Deere dealerships, seeks a receptionist to connect with customers and support our Parts Department. You will manage front-desk duties, greet visitors, answer calls, and route inquiries.

This role offers training opportunities, an emphasis on customer service, and a path for growth with competitive hourly pay plus benefits. A high school diploma, 1–3 years clerical experience, and a valid driver license with clean MVR are requested.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional clerical/administrative experience or training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver License with clean MVR.
• Highly proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and web programs.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Good problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard, answer and direct calls, provide information and take messages.
• Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate department.
• Provide facility information and directions to staff and departments.
• Maintain daily mail log and guest/staff log entries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
