Stribling Equipment is seeking a skilled Shop Service Technician to service heavy equipment in Arkansas. The role offers ongoing training and John Deere certification opportunities, with strong earning potential and a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include reconditioning equipment, performing diagnostics, and logging time and parts precisely. A valid license and basic computer skills are required for daily shop duties.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of diesel technology education or hands-on repair experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR is required.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Must provide own tools for daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Recondition and repair heavy equipment and components.
• Perform diagnostic inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Accurately record time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and shop equipment in top condition.
