The role is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) and involves multi-tasking, customer service, and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. The position includes answering phones, assisting visitors, processing obituaries and advertisements, balancing the cash register, digital ad placement, and inside sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office or administrative role.
• Ability to perform math calculations and balance bank deposits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer programs, including database and spreadsheet software.
• Has an understanding of digital.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
