Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside sales, media sales, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Valid WA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Snohomish County.
• Consistently cold call via phone, email, and in-person to secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Understand client goals and develop tailored print and digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
• Stay current on industry trends and continue professional development through ongoing training.
• Use data insights to monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance.
