Job summary

The Daily Herald in Everett, WA is seeking an Inside Sales/Front Desk professional to handle customer service, phone inquiries, walk-ins, and ad processing. This full-time role requires accuracy, multitasking, and strong communication in a fast-paced office environment.

This full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who excels at multitasking.

What You'll Do

• Answering phones and directing inquiries
• Assisting walk-in customers and visitors
• Processing obituaries, legal and classified advertisements
• Balancing cash register
• Digital ad placement and trafficking

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in an office or administrative role
• The ability to perform math calculations and balance bank deposits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer programs, including database and spreadsheet software

Compensation & Benefits
