Job summary

Stribling Equipment, LLC, one of the largest John Deere dealerships in the South, seeks a Receptionist to support our dealership team. You will manage the switchboard, greet visitors, and direct them to the right departments, while maintaining mail and guest logs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of clerical experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver license, and strong MS Office skills. We offer training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience and/or training in clerical/administrative duties; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver License with clean MVR
• Highly proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-programs
• Professional appearance and courteous attitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls; provide information, and take messages.
• Greet customers and guests entering the facility, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to destinations.
• Provide information about the facility and services, and locate departments or employees.
• Maintain daily log of mail distribution.
• Maintain daily log of guests and staff entering and exiting the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
