Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clerical/administrative experience or training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver License with clean MVR.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard and answer calls.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate locations.
• Provide facility information and directions.
• Maintain daily mail and guest logs.
• Support the Parts Department and other duties as assigned.
