Job summary

Stribling Equipment, LLC seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and deliver outstanding customer support. You will oversee shop and field service, manage work orders, and guide technicians to maximize efficiency.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring safe, productive operations while building strong customer relationships and coordinating with John Deere on programs and warranties. Training and advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural or construction equipment industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Construction, Forestry, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong business and mechanical knowledge; leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule shop and field service work.
• Support Service Technicians with resources and guidance to maximize efficiency.
• Manage work orders, records, and performance goals.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Build strong customer relationships through communication and service excellence.
• Coordinate with John Deere on programs, warranties, and product support.
• Act as the site safety coordinator to ensure a safe and productive environment.
• Complete a 90-day training program with job shadowing and departmental collaboration.
