Join to apply for the Receptionist (Full-Time Temporary) role at George DeLallo Company.

The George DeLallo Company is seeking a highly qualified, full-time, temporary Receptionist to professionally answer telephone inquiries, greet visitors, and perform various administrative tasks.

While this position is temporary, successful candidates may be considered for other opportunities within the company after completing the role.

Essential Functions
  1. Adhere to working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  2. Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
  3. Communicate pertinent information to staff.
  4. Greet visitors and ensure security procedures are followed.
  5. Perform various administrative functions as assigned.
  6. Label and affix postage for all mail.
Required Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow through.
  • Clear, professional written and oral communication skills.
