Audi of Lubbock, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This role handles front-desk customer service, phones, and walk-in inquiries, contributing to a positive dealership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of MVR, background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally within three rings and transfer calls.
• Take messages when the intended recipient is unavailable or requested by customer.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly with friendly, professional service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, asking questions, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Call customers when license plates arrive and log them for accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
• Takes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
• Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional service
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance always
• Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
