Job summary

Cavender Auto Country- Chevy; Buick; GMC is hiring Quick Lube Technicians to join our growing service team. You will perform routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles leave our shop in safe condition.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, solid teamwork, basic knowledge of vehicle systems, and strong manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems is a plus.
• Excellent manual dexterity, patience, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drain engine oil and refill with recommended viscosity and quantity.
• Replace oil and air filters when needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect brake pads.
• Check and adjust tire air pressure.
• Complete multi-point inspections on every vehicle.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels of key components.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Other duties as assigned.
