Joe Watson - State Farm Agent is seeking a receptionist to join our Louisville, KY office. In this full-time role you will greet customers in person and on the phone, manage appointments, and maintain accurate client records while supporting daily office operations.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable discussing insurance options. We offer license reimbursement, health insurance, a Simple IRA, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
