Delaware Plaza in Washington is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist for a part-time day shift (9:00–18:00), 3–5 days per week including weekends and holidays. The role offers a competitive hourly wage between $17.13 and $18.50, dependent on experience, and access to a range of benefits.

You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, and manage various office functions with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Greeting visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering phones and directing calls efficiently.
• Managing minor office tasks to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs calls accordingly
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as community address and directions
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies
• Assists with other clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing and collating
• Other duties as assigned
