Hemant Jiwnani - State Farm Agent is seeking a receptionist to greet clients, manage calls and appointments, and maintain customer records. You will support sales conversations by identifying opportunities to offer insurance options while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the insurance industry, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
