Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with the right tax professional.

You will schedule appointments, assist clients in person, over the phone, or virtually, and help ensure all needs are met while keeping the office organized. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced franchise environment, with flexible scheduling and location options across offices.
