Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Newport, Maine to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. We're looking for previous customer service experience, strong organization, and comfort with Microsoft Office.

Your Expertise:

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
