Job summary

H&R Block in Maine is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You’ll help create a welcoming experience during the busy season.

Responsibilities include scheduling, assisting in person, over the phone, or virtually, keeping the office organized, and supporting the team with other duties. The role requires customer service experience, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency; pay ranges from $16
