Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you’ll schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in person, phone, or virtual channels, and help keep the office organized. Franchise details vary by location and employment questions are directed to the franchisee.
