Job summary

H&R Block in Bishopville is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and assist with scheduling and routing to the right tax professionals. The role emphasizes friendly, personalized service and cross-channel support in person, by phone, or virtually.

You will help ensure clients are served efficiently, keep the office organized, and perform other duties as assigned to support a smooth client experience during tax season.
