Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the most suitable tax professional. You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client’s needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually.

This role emphasizes friendly service, strong organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced office. You may work at multiple locations and must maintain a welcoming, clean workspace while supporting teammates and delivering
