Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
