Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Bloomsburg to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure every client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced customer service, strong organization, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
